Rachael graduated in both Nursing and Occupational Health from South Bank University and London University. She graduated with a National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and an additional qualification in Nebosh – Health, Safety and Environmental Practice and Management.She is an Occupational Health Consultant in the UK working on various projects. Rachael has years’ experience in innovation, brands and marketing. She has run her own projects both in the UK and Zimbabwe. From her close work with communities Rachael has developed a deep understanding of socioeconomic development challenges, making her a valuable asset to ECAF. Her position in the charity is finance management, ensuring ECAF complies with statutory accounting and reporting requirements as well as contract negotiation.
