Lucy Tembo founded ECAF in 2016 and has been Chairperson since.Lucy is a qualified nurse and midwife having graduated with degrees from the Universities of Surrey and Thames Valley respectively. She completed her MBA programme from the University of West London and obtained another Postgraduate qualification in PGCE from Huddersfield University.Lucy is a leading voice on disadvantaged children and has always championed causes related to their welfare. In this role, she oversees planning policies, corporate and individual fundraising as well as strategic partnerships overseas and in Zimbabwe.
